I find that maltese companies are afraid to offer shower facilities to employees. Foreign owned companies are more open to have shower facilities and have employees use them. I suggest to encourage building of showers at the workplace. This encourages people to cycle or run to work, healthier people. I used to work in Sliema, and used to cycle or run it from home to my workplace. My current workplace has no showers so I cannot run it or cycle to and from work.
