Turn used cooking oil from home kitchens into bars of soap for stocking a community soap fridge or selling to fund other projects, or the purchasing of other needed toiletries. (eg sanitary products in local schools). Locate oil collection bins through town, so it’s easy for residents to drop off bottles of their collected waste oil. Barrels to collect liquid could be paired with bins to recycle the carrying vessel, or make collection bins for oil-filled plastic bottles.
