+++ Have a clear base and transparent process where earlier decisions are carried onwards. A process where people can start/join at any time, where it is easy to share responsibility. +++ Don't be too perfectionist, start small and grow from there. A lot of "green" is free, reach out to other gardens +++ Make goals very clean and be flexible with people coming and leaving the project +++ Share successful examples of co-design with clear benefits +++ Include children and parents will follow
