Fairer for the community to feel engaged and respected. Easier for community members to contribute and participate without fear of being banned. Democratic.
Since when did Facebook groups have to be democratic? It’s not an elected body, it’s someone’s/ a groups personal hard work. Sounds like you’ve got a gripe!
Respectful people do feel able to contribute in online forums. As far as I can see only people who try to use online forums to berate people are banned, as they should be.
We already have this as Mid Calder Facebook page has multiple admins and it is democratic.
