Agree and promote a set of defined skills that are linked to nature and yorkshire's heritage (e.g. dry stone walling, tree planting, hurdle making). They could be used to make a certificate like Duke of Edinburgh Award for young people or in a similar way to the National Trust's list of 50 things to do before you're 11 and 3/4. Set a goal for number of local young people (under 30s) have completed the set.
